IF YOU ARE HAVING TROUBLE PAYING YOUR UTILITY BILL, OR HAVE A SHUT-OFF NOTICE, CONTACT YOUR UTILITY PROVIDER FOR PAYMENT ARRANGEMENTS UNTIL YOU ARE ABLE TO SECURE AN APPOINTMENT AND YOUR APPLICATION HAS BEEN COMPLETED.

Along with the Application for Energy Assistance, you will need to provide the following documents- 

  • Photo ID for all household members 18 and older.
  • Proof of Social Security Number for all household members.
  • Proof of income for all household members 18 and older for the month prior to your application.
  • Copy of your current utility bill or proof of account number.
